The Bologna private house is a testament to the owner's extraordinary taste and passion for life. With its hot colors and flowing lines, the design captures the essence of passion and speed. Drawing inspiration from thousands of years of romance and the timeless elegance of classic design, this project aims to create a new legend in the city.

What sets this private house apart is the owner's unique perspective and the designer's vision to create a modern and simple post-modern home style. While ensuring the fulfillment of basic living functions, the focus is on creating a restrained yet luxurious atmosphere with sculptural elements. The result is a home that is truly extraordinary.

The materials used in the realization of this design include marble, black steel, leather, glass, and wood. These carefully selected materials add to the overall aesthetic and contribute to the luxurious and modern ambiance of the space.

Spanning an area of 350 square meters across three floors, the Bologna private house also features a beautiful garden that complements the interior design.

In terms of functionality, the design incorporates a mix of multiple materials and a transparent atmosphere to create a unique and harmonious living space. The simplicity and elegance of the tones used further enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.

The Bologna private house is located in Haicheng, Liaoning, China, and the project was initiated in 2018, with completion in August of the same year. The design takes inspiration from the city of Bologna, known for its vast and extraordinary castle and as the birthplace of the Ducati brand. The aim was to capture the beautiful melody of ancient noble style while infusing it with a contemporary minimalist approach.

One of the main challenges faced during the design process was to seamlessly incorporate the client's passion for motorcycles, particularly the Ducati brand, into the interior. The old Italian motorcycle serves as the main focal point, reflecting the client's enthusiasm, temperament, and passion.

The Bologna private house is a reflection of the client's unique tastes and hobbies, creating a space that goes beyond mere functionality. It is an extension of self, a way to express individuality and create a home that is truly extraordinary.

This exceptional design has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2021. This prestigious award acknowledges the outstanding creativity and resourcefulness of the design, incorporating best practices in art, science, design, and technology.
